Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Taulinks collects, why, and your choices. Taulinks is a link-in-bio service that lets you publish a public page of links.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address through Firebase Authentication (provided by Google). When you build your page we store the content you provide: display name, bio, avatar (an image URL you paste or a photo you upload), your links, and your theme choices. For each link we keep a click count and a rolling 30-day history of daily click totals. We use your IP address transiently to rate-limit abusive traffic; it is not stored alongside your profile.

Cookies and local storage

Taulinks does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Firebase Authentication stores your login session in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set a strictly-necessary security cookie. Our page analytics are cookieless.

Third parties

We rely on Google Firebase (authentication) and Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and privacy-friendly analytics) to operate the service. If you choose a non-default font for your public page, that font is requested from Google Fonts and Google receives the visitor's IP for that request; the default font is served by us.

Your rights and choices

You can edit your page at any time, export your data as JSON from the dashboard, and permanently delete your page and account data from the dashboard's Danger Zone. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or erase your personal data; contact us to exercise them.

Data retention

We keep your profile until you delete it. Click history is automatically pruned to the last 30 days.

Children

Taulinks is not directed to children and you must meet the minimum age in your country to use it.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
